ETHOS: It is positive mental health month this month in Canal Way.

As part of this we are following the Friends for Life Program in school. More information is available on http://www.friendsresilience.org/faq/

Dermot, Doireann, Hazel and Fiona have completed the teacher’s course in friends for life and will be leading the initiative.

There will be activities for supporting the program at home. These will be going home in the regular homework folder. It is really important to use this as an opportunity to support positive mental health in our school.

Martin Luther King Day January 16th – If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.
