Welcome to this week’s newsletter.

ETHOS: We would like you to come along to our assembly on Friday18th. All classes will be doing a little performance and it should take around 40 minutes in total.

STAFFING: We have recruited Doireann as a permanent member of our staff last month, which is great news for us all. Congrats Doireann.

HEALTH: Keep up the healthy lunches. It’s great to see the children eating so well. Thanks for your support with the ‘visitors’, please let us know immediately if you have a hairy encounter. Keep up the detection combing at bath-time.                  Lastly, everyone (adults and children) must dismount BIKES & SCOOTERS when entering the yard. please. This is really important.

PARENTS ASSOCIATION:

Thanks everyone for coming along to our Table quiz last Friday. We made nearly €1,600!

KIDS DISCO – Our next fundraiser is taking place on Sunday 13th Dec from 2-4pm at the school. Join us for an afternoon of family fun:  Kid’s disco, games, photo booth and  face-painting. Plus a pop up café for the adults.

As always we need volunteers to help out at these events so if you have a couple of hours spare we’d love your help! Send an email to [email protected].  We are also calling for parents to bake or bring cakes for the café (as always please no nuts!)

We also would like to call out for the lend of any : Disco lights/ fairy lights/ UV lights; Decorations for hall. ALSO if anyone has a4 photo paper going spare please drop it in. Thanks!

DATE FOR YOUR DIARY – This Monday 7th December at 8:30am in the Parents Room. Exploring naturopathic tonics and immune boosters for coughs and colds, ‘flu’s and fevers, injuries (and lice – THE VISITORS !) from both herbs and homeopathy. Mark O’Sullivan is a Homeopath practising in Ranelagh and lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dublin.  We hope to see you there on Monday morning.
