Dear Parents / Guardians,

ETHOS: The whole school did some rainbow meditation this week, and explored colours during this quiet time. The classes have started learning about our core value for October – respect. Senior Infants, First and Second have been planting today. The plant containers are recycled and are very impressive. Well done!

OUT AND ABOUT: First and Second class are off to Rathmines Library on Monday for a History presentation.

TEDDY BEARS PICNIC: Sunday was a great success and it was wonderful to see such a big turnout. €725 was collected in donations. After costs were deducted, a total of €630 was raised for the school. Thankyou to all involved.

BOARD OF MANAGEMENT: Our patron body, Educate Together are currently working to form our Board of Management. They are recruiting patron nominees at present and after this, we shall be in touch regarding parent representatives for the BOM.
